By accessing the HacFy website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, cloud security review, red teaming, security advisory, and incident response are delivered under a separate written engagement contract that specifies scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, and rules of engagement.

Marketing pages on this website are informational and do not constitute an offer, warranty, or binding commitment to deliver services.

You warrant that you own or are duly authorized to authorize security testing on all assets in scope of an engagement. HacFy will not perform testing outside the scope defined in the Rules of Engagement.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. Additional NDA terms may apply where specified in your contract.

All HacFy methodologies, tooling, templates, and reports remain the intellectual property of HacFy. Findings and recommendations produced for you as part of a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal use.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to this website. Automated scraping, brute-force attempts, or intrusion attempts outside of our Responsible Disclosure policy are prohibited.

The website is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HacFy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability under engagements is defined in the applicable engagement contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement contract, or otherwise by the laws of India.
